1. What this service is
ParkingAppealCheck (a trading name of Northfields Enterprise Limited, company number 07693254) is a self-help tool for UK parking tickets, covering private Parking Charge Notices and council Penalty Charge Notices. It uses AI to read your notice and suggest possible grounds for appeal, and can produce a template appeal letter for you to check, edit and send yourself.
2. Not legal advice
This is not legal advice and we are not a law firm or solicitors. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, including misreading your notice. We don't guarantee any appeal will succeed. You are responsible for checking that everything in your letter is accurate and true before you send it, and for meeting any deadlines. If you need advice on your situation, speak to a qualified adviser.
3. Council tickets
For council Penalty Charge Notices in England and Wales, we can produce an informal challenge, formal representations or a tribunal appeal statement, depending on the stage. We don't offer paid letters for council tickets in Scotland or Northern Ireland, or once a Charge Certificate or later enforcement notice has been issued. In those cases we give free general guidance and you won't be charged.
4. Price and payment
The check is free. A letter costs £4.99 for a private parking ticket or £6.99 for a council ticket (one-off), paid securely via Stripe. We only offer the letter when the check finds possible grounds. If the check finds no grounds, you are never asked to pay.
5. Refunds and your right to cancel
The letter is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By paying, you ask us to supply it straight away and accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the letter has been generated. If something goes wrong and you don't receive your letter, email ukpcn999@gmail.com and we'll put it right or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
6. Fair use
Free checks are limited per visitor to keep the service running. Don't misuse the service, upload other people's documents without permission, or use it to send false statements.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
